First visit at Memory Express Victoria, Dakota sold me a 7900XTX, i had a ton of technical questions. He took his sweet time to go over any concerns i had, the store wasnt busy at that time and he spent a good half-hour comparing products with me. Great sale rep + price matched, will visit again.

My 13-yr-old son went in today to buy the last pieces to build his first computer - something he'd been saving for years to buy. He and his friend spent the day building but got stuck trying to find where the SDD went, and after scouring YouTube, he called you to ask for help. The team member walked him through where to find it and was incredibly helpful and patient—thank you so much. Really great service and prices. Our go-to for sure.

had a bad experience on a return but the manager called me in under 4 minutes of posting my review we realized the employees were just heavily focused in looking over a return and may have seemed angry but actually were just overly focused. The manager will go over how to deal with a customer and a return so every one feels good. I am very impressed with the customer satisfaction to remedy a issue way go best place to buy for sure.

These dorks know what they’re doing. Fast impeccable service. Custom built computer built and tested within 48 hours and I never miss another trade ever again. I told them what I wanted to do and they did the thing flawlessly. 5 stars. Thank you!

Had an awesome experience here today, Ryker (not sure how to spell his name) helped me and he was very helpful and a great member of the staff. Answered all my questions and gave me extra info I would say he went above and beyond with his customer service. The last time I was here I didn’t experience the best customer service and this experience gave me a great new impression of the place again. Thank you for all the help! Very helpful and I look forward to coming back into the shop.

I've been a customer of Memory Express since it opened back in the 90s in Calgary, it's where I got my first real computer. Boy was I delighted when I moved to Victoria and realized there was a MemEx here. All of their signature moves: Great, knowledgeable staff, Super good prices, that awesome warranty plan, good up to date stock, it's the pinnacle computer buying experience on the entire Island. Have had great experiences here multiple times, both sales and repairs/services have knowledgeable and passionate staff. Landon has served me multiple times in the past and every time has been very professional and kind, going out of the way to ensure everything was correct. Thank you. For the past 6 months memory express has been the only location I want to buy PC components from and that will remain the same going forward. Highly recommend.

Customer service is excellent, they'll go the extra mile and are friendly. Only reason for 2 and not 4 stars is Service center tried to charge me $60 service charge to take a simple chip from laptop A to laptop B, probably should be included after dropping $2500. Thats okay Ill do it myself, it takes 20 minutes. Other than that they have a nice selection and Ill go here over the OTHER large computer store any day.
